Contrary to popular belief, it does not tell you who was explicitly
included in the discussion.  Git history has lots of commits that
state I was CCed on a patch, while I had no active participation in
the discussion, or even any interest in the patch in the first place
(scripts/get_mainter.pl considered harmful).
