Hi Linus
this patch substitutes the direct access to the PG_* bits by the
use of macros. It does it in the directories fs/ and mm/* as my
previous patch to clean all the kernel was not accepted.

If you like the patch I have two more proposals:
    - Cleanup of the rest of the kernel of the direct operations
    - Make a consistent naming between all the bits, i.e. to test one
bit we always do Page<Name of the bit> except for
Page_Uptodate, where we put the underscore. All the Macros are
      called Page<operation><BitName>, except ClearPage<BitName> and
      SetPage<BitName>.

If you want I can do any of the two proposals.

Comments??

Later, Juan.

Hi
this second version of the patch:
1 - it compiles (a typo in the previous one)
2 - it substitutes all the direct manipulations of PG_* by macros. It
only touches fs/* and mm/* not the drivers directories.

Comments?

Later, Juan.
