That is actually the placeholder for this:
(unsigned long)le64_to_cpu(p->inode)
...which is not inode->i_ino. I do agree that the cast probably no
longer makes sense with this change, but I'd probably leave that to a
later cleanup so we can keep this set focused on the i_ino change.
