Hmm... we need MB rather than RMB on the sync side. Is that correct?
Walker:
[W]active_lockless_pt_walk_mm = mm -> MB -> [L]page-tables
Sync:
[W]page-tables -> MB -> [L]active_lockless_pt_walk_mm
