That's KVM_GMEM_INVALID. Translating to what you had:
KVM_GMEM_ALL_SHARED = KVM_GMEM_SHARED
KVM_GMEM_GUEST_SHARED = 0
KVM_GMEM_NONE_SHARED = KVM_GMEM_INVALID
