I moved on to the next page fault scaling problem on the list, namely with SysV shared memory segments. I'll give you one guess which cacheline is the culprit in that case. Unless I'm mistaken, we don't need to track sbinfo for SysV segments either. So my next task is to figure out how to turn on the SHMEM_NOSBINFO bit for that case as well. So there may be a new patch coming in the next day or two.
