I don't know nothing about BSD VM svs linux VM but I do know linux needs a more uniform resource manager to make module writing easier. Having things like write_b vary from platform to platform makes life a real nightmare for module writers. Also thier is a real lack of docs on how to make drivers portable to all platforms. Of course this will be tackled in 2.5.x. -- To unsubscribe, send a message with 'unsubscribe linux-mm' in the body to majordomo@kvack.org.
