Hi,
Is there any document describing Andrea's new VM that went into
2.4.10? I have searched in the obvious places, but couldn't find
anything. There are some comments in the code, but an overview doc
would have helped.

This is a *great* paper! However, it strictly applied only to the "AA" tree;
not all of the features went into the 2.4.1x mainline tree.
