 FOR DELIVERY MANAGEMENT AND CRM

(Boca Raton, FL) June 2005— The SUBWAY ® restaurant chain has selected 
Universal Delivery Solutions, Inc (UDSG.PK) to provide the franchise with
 a comprehensive delivery management system, allowing SUBWAY to deliver its
 fresh food directly to customers using a 100% virtual system never before
seen by the fast food industry.

 The continuous success that SUBWAY® enjoys has led it to incorporate a new
sales matrix: delivery services.  The business system from UDS will give SUBWAY®
a “communications highway” creating a multi-dimensional management system and 
infrastructure that directs, manages and tracks all internal and external 
communication processes and data flow for orders and delivery.  
Simply stated, the UDS business system gives SUBWAY ® the ability 
to implement a centrally based delivery service to include any or all SUBWAY®
restaurants in the nation.
