Baolin Wang's patch[1] has avoided confusion with PMD mapped THP
related statistics.

So, these three counters (THP_SPLIT_PAGE, THP_SPLIT_PAGE_FAILED,
and THP_DEFERRED_SPLIT_PAGE) no longer include mTHP.
