Do you mean with mTHP? We haven't explored that option.

I tried these 2 configurations:

and
#define CMA_MIN_ALIGNMENT_BYTES (4096 * CMA_MIN_ALIGNMENT_PAGES)
with both of them, the kernel failed to boot.
