Ryan Roberts from ARM has sent along slides to seed the discussion on
prerequisites and open questions.

Also: if anybody has ideas for future topics, please let me know and I'll
try to organize them.  We'd love to have volunteers to lead future topics
as well as requests for MM topics to be presented.
