Hm, I didn't notice that 2.4.1-pre4 swaps out aggressively. In fact it
is very well balanced and I would vote for it as the kernel with the
best tuned VM.

Your patch slightly complicates things and I'm not sure if it's
strictly needed.

Now looking at the pre7 (not yet compiled) I see we will have really
impressive 2.4.1. reiserfs, Jens' blk, VM fixed... sheesh... what will
be left for fixing? ;)
