Well you kinda want to differentiate it from a normal present page table leaf,
but I really like 'non-present entry' as a description for (what were) non-swap
entries so that's out.
So maybe actually that isn't too bad of an idea...
Could also be
nonpresent_or_swap_t but that's kinda icky...
Naming is hard :)
