Since CONFIG_MSEAL_SYSTEM_MAPPINGS this relies upon
ARCH_SUPPORTS_MSEAL_SYSTEM_MAPPINGS, this is safe to do in generic code
(otherwise VM_SEALED_SYSMAP is VM_NONE).

So all good and:
