Update the THP admin doc about non-tmpfs filesystem support and clarify
certain variables for clarity.

Changes since v1:
- Added RVB from Bagas Sanjaya
- Expanded on ShmemHugePage, ShmemPmdMapped and FilePmdMapped based on
  the feedback from David
