pudp_set_wrprotect and move_huge_pud helpers are only used when
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE is enabled. Similar to pmdp_set_wrprotect and
move_huge_pmd_helpers use architecture override only if
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE is set
