Now we use ARCH_WANT_HUGETLB_PAGE_OPTIMIZE_VMEMMAP config option
to indicate devdax and hugetlb vmemmap optimization support. Hence
rename that to a generic ARCH_WANT_OPTIMIZE_VMEMMAP
