[PATCH v2 0/8] Simplify hugetlb vmemmap and improve its readability

This series aims to simplify hugetlb vmemmap and improve its readability
and is based on next-20220627.

  - Collect Reviewed-ed and Acked-by.
  - Improve patch 6's log print.
