This is some improvements of CPA.

Main purpose of this series make pages not to lose _PAGE_GLOBAL after
_set_pages_np() and set_pages_p() are called.

Hyeonggon Yoo (2):

  x86/mm/cpa: drop pgprot_clear_protnone_bits()
