include/linux/mmu_notifier.h	--> mm/mmu_notifier.c
include/linux/vmalloc.h:32	--> mm/vmalloc.c
include/linux/hugetlb.h		--> mm/hugetlb.c
include/linux/shrinker.h	--> Although "fs.h" and "drivers/md/" also include it, mm uses it more.
