The new U-Boot prints (for some reason SPL printouts are missing): U-Boot 2013.10-rc3-g54c6a4817 (May 25 2019 - 14:37:07) Board: ci20 (r1) (Ingenic XBurst JZ4780 SoC) So looks like both old and new U-boot are misdetecting the board as r1 board, and then probably using the wrong timings?
