Well, the whole context is:

#endif
Which reminds me that there is absolutely not point in letting
architectures even defined this.
Add a Kconfig PAGE_SHIFT symbol, and let common code define
PAGE_SHIFT/PAGE_SIZE/PAGE_MASK..
