A debug dump reported that the OOM victim was merely sleeping at might_sleep_if() in prepare_alloc_pages() from __alloc_pages_nodemask() despite the OOM victim is ready to bail out. Since copy_page_range() can be called with mmap_sem held for write, it is not a good thing to continue the loop when killed by the OOM killer.
