Subject: [PATCH] vmscan: ZVC updates in shrink_active_list() can be done once

This effectively lifts the unit of nr_inactive_* and pgdeactivate updates
from PAGEVEC_SIZE=14 to SWAP_CLUSTER_MAX=32.
