Ah, I see your point. But "we can't trust hieararchy_lock for create()"
is a probelm.  How about following ?

		mutex_lock(&ss->hierarchy_mutex);
		css = ss->create(ss, cgroup);
		mutex_unlock(&ss->hierarchy_mutex);
