Here's highpmd again, but with the bash-shared-mappings oops fixed.
Some missing s/pmd_alloc()/pmd_alloc_map()/ conversions in non-i386
code are also included in the update.

Included as a MIME attachment to prevent MTA's from barfing on its size.
