Subject: [PATCH 01/11] ipc, shm: introduce lockless functions to obtain the ipc object
Date: Tue, 18 Jun 2013 18:18:26 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1371604716-3439-2-git-send-email-davidlohr.bueso@hp.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1371604716-3439-1-git-send-email-davidlohr.bueso@hp.com>

Add shm_obtain_object() and shm_obtain_object_check(), which will allow us
to get the ipc object without acquiring the lock. Just as with other forms
of ipc, these functions are basically wrappers around ipc_obtain_object*().
