[PATCH 1/2] mempolicy:del case MPOL_INTERLEAVE in policy_zonelist()

In policy_zonelist() mode MPOL_INTERLEAVE shouldn't happen,
so fall through to BUG() instead of break to return.I also fix
the comment.
