The code of conduct asks maintainers to be involved in maintaining=20 culture as well as code. It does mention repercussions for maintainers,=20 but it's important to apply some common sense here. If you enable=20 people to send in terrible code, someone is going to talk to you about=20 your poor decisions. If you're enabling people to violate the code of=20 conduct, it's a good idea to sit down and talk about ways to improve the=20 level of discourse in your subsystem. The repercussions are most likely going to be working on methods to try=20 and make things better. Then if they don't work...trying again. -chris
