Linus sent a list of names to the program committee, and with a list a core people he definitely wanted there, and set of other names, and asked the program committee to make the final selection, using criteria that he gave us. Invites have gone out, and I'll post a draft agenda and confirmed attendees shortly --- a few people who did receive invites (including James, cough, cough) haven't RSVP'ed yet.
