What's the rush? You still have to wait over a month to the next merge window. I don't like [RESEND] patches. I always treat them like a process failure and investigate what went wrong. Normally in staging they are really supposed to be v2 patches with an note what changed or they are staging/media patches which are supposed to go to linux-media. Greg seldom loses patches. Steve's people who let patches age and then silently drop them... It's less then ideal. regards, dan carpenter
