Kernel tinification had several more mentioned. (Some of them are already
a given, but not all.)

Literally everyone in your initial email that was on CC was already on
the list. Most of the thread participants were as well. If I've
missed someone, please nominate!

The original kernel summit mail suggested that not everyone on the
autogenerated list would get an invite, and in fact that the
autogenerated list had twice as many people on it as the normal size of
the invite list. Based on that, I assumed that explicit nominations and
notes of good topic participants would carry some weight even for people
on the autogenerated list.

I find this a very interesting topic and I've made, reviewed, documented
and created tests for a lot of the API/ABIs within the media subsystem.

I would like to nominate myself for the topic "Energy Conservation Bias".
I have been working on improving Energy management on PowerPC over the
last year. Specifically I have worked on extending the tick broadcast
framework in the kernel to support deep idle states and helped review
and improvise the cpufreq driver for PowerNV platforms.
https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/2/7/608
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.power-management.general/44175
Besides this I have been helping out in efforts to integrate cpuidle
with scheduler over the last year. The year before that I spent time
analysing the advantage that the per-entity load tracking metric brings
to the scheduler and its role in designing the power aware scheduler.
I presented a talk at the Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit 2013 on
the same.
I wish to be a part of this discussion and look forward to sharing my
ideas on Energy management in the kernel. I am very interested in
bringing to the table, the challenges and solutions that we have on
PowerPC in the area of Energy Management. Please consider my
participation in this discussion.

It would have helped more if I had gotten e-mail addresses as well. :-)
Here are my best guesses, although I wasn't able to find one for Joey
Li, despite my best efforts..... if folks could confirm whether I got
these right and didn't grab an old one from the git commit logs, I'd
appreciate it.

Not sure if this counts or if the topics are going to be included, but
I'd like to autonominate myself fwiw:
Davidlohr Bueso <davidlohr@hp.com> (stable issues, application performance)

Do you know if he prefers Joey or Chun-Yi? The bulk of the web
searches I found for jlee@suse.com seems to turn up "Chun-Yi Lee".

I've seen him using both variants at roughly the same rate, so I don't
really know what is his preference, sorry.

I nominate
Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
Will Deacon <will.deacon@arm.com>
as they're maintaining the one architecture I know that will
deploy both ACPI and DT.
And:
Rafael J. Wysocki <rjw@rjwysocki.net>
as he's such an ACPI chaos pilot.
There is seemingly no end to hardware description talk so
let's do this.
Yours,
Linus Walleij

Hi,
Not sure if it counts, but here are the nominations from the
QR/error reporting thread, just for the sake of records:
Teodora Băluţă <teobaluta@gmail.com>
Levente Kurusa <levex@linux.com>
Konstantin Ryabitsev <mricon@kernel.org>
Jason Cooper <jason@lakedaemon.net> (auto-nominated)
Anton Arapov <arapov@gmail.com>
Thanks,
Levente Kurusa

The original idea for the QR belongs to Dirk Hondel and Peter Anvin,
so they should be there too (Dirk is already in the committee).
Dirk Hondel <hohndel@infradead.org>
Peter Anvin <hpa@zytor.com>
Relevant people for the discussion:
PJ Waskiewicz <pjwaskiewicz@gmail.com>
Konstantin Ryabitsev <mricon@kernel.org>
Thanks,
Teodora

I just realized that nobody has explicitly nominated Kevin Hilman on
these topics either (kevin.hilman@linaro.org). He'd be good to have in
on these discussions due to his involvement in runtime PM.
Kevin is also running one of the arm-soc test boardfarms that boot
tests mainline/next and other trees, so the testing topic is relevant
as well, and he's stepped up and co-maintained arm-soc together with
me while Arnd was on paternity leave.

Yes.

I also would like to nominate Kevin for the KS.
