Do we really truly think doing that is going to have no impact on people sending us crap? There are a bunch of well-meaning but less-talented people who try to do kernel stuff, we've all seen it and dealt with it. These same people _will_ pay attention to this kind of thing and try it on. Yes we can't do anything about bad faith people who'll ignore everything. But in that case being able to point at the doc will make life practically _easier_. Either way I think it's important we have something vaguely emphatic there.
